[IGSMAIL-6410] NRCan Rapid Products Change

Dear IGS Colleagues:

This is to announce that starting on May 24, 2011 (1637/2), NRCan has 
switched to the Bernese 5.0 software for its Rapid product estimation. 
NRCan is now providing orbits and 30 sec clocks for both GPS and GLONASS

satellites. The new products are sent to the ACC for combination in the 
IGS Rapid solution (IGR). Please note that NRCan Ultra Rapid solution 
(GPS only/Bernese 5.0) and NRCan Final solution (GPS only/GIPSY) 
remained unchanged.
