[IGSMAIL-6394] New Stations: PTAG, SMST

Dear IGS Community,

I would like to announce the induction of two stations to the IGS network:

PTAG: Manila, Philippines   Receiver: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO   Antenna:LEIAT504GG      LEIS
SMST: Wakayama, Japan       Receiver: Trimble 5700       Antenna: TRM41249.00     TZGD


PTAG is currently providing GPS+GLONASS data and it's data is available 
at IGS Data Centers.
SMST is providing extended coverage in Japan ans it's data is also 
available at the IGS Data Centers.

While sitelog is available at http://igs.org, please allow time for 
metrics to collect and
be displayed at their respective web page.
