Dear IGS colleagues!
The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs05_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs05_1627.atx'. It contains the
following changes:
1) GLONASS-M satellite R715 was reactivated in almanac slot 3. Thus, the
following satellite was added to the file:
R03 (R715)
2) A 'decommission' date for the following satellite was added:
R03 (R727)

> > 14.03.2011 According to GLONASS System Control Center, from 13.03.2011 SV "Glonass-M #715" (near orbital slot 14) transmits navigation signal on frequency channel -6. System number 3 will be assigned to SV "Glonass-M #715" in the almanac.
