Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs05_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs05_1581.atx'. It contains the
following changes:

1) Spared GLONASS-M satellite R714 (active in orbital slot 23 until 18
March 2010) was reactivated as R06. So, the following file entry was added:

R06 (R714): 28 April 2010

On Wednesday, April 28 (DOY 118), first IGS stations (IRKJ, LHAZ, REYK)
started tracking R714 as R06:

On Thursday, April 29, also the IAC confirmed the reactivation of R714:
> 29.04.2010 Today the works on investigation of a potential for using
the spared GLONASS-M satellites in operation mode have been starting on
GLONASS #714 (launched on 25.12.2005). The expected date of finishing
works is 07.05.2010
http://www.glonass-iac.ru/pls/htmldb/f?p=202:1:2419780714980575

Unfortunately, no announcement was made before. Thanks to Stefan Schaer
and the CODE AC team for pointing to that reactivation!

2) A 'decommission' date for the following satellite was added:

R06 (R701): 27 April 2010

The updated antenna correction model is available at
