Dear IGS colleagues,
We got confronted with first IGS tracking data of the three new
GLONASS-M satellites launched on 01 Mar 2010, namely:
R23 (732) on 19 Mar 2010 (day 078)
R22 (731) on 19 Mar 2010 (day 078)
R24 (735) on 20 Mar 2010 (day 079)
With these three new satellites, the GLONASS-M constellation now
consists of 21 satellites.
It is interesting that the the L-band transmitter of the previous R23
(714) was active until 00:29 of 19 Mar 2010 (day 078). The transmitter
of the new R23 (732) has been activated approximately 8 hours after
deactivation of the predecessor. The L-Band transmitters of all three
new GLONASS-M satellites have been activated finally within just 24
hours. Moreover, it should be noted that the previous occupants of R23
and R22 (714 and 726) have been relegated to a "spare" status.
Remark: An obvious R23 tracking failure concerning JPS receiver models
seems to be caused by the quick R23 constellation change mentioned.
The CODE GNSS orbit products include currently up to 51 satellites (31
GPS plus 20 GLONASS). G01 is marked unhealthy, G25 is unoccupied; R15
is again active, but marked unusable (after a recent outage). Once
more, it should be emphasized that current data of R09 (722) is
considered useless and is therefore generally excluded from our
analysis.

incomplete (or no) GLONASS tracking data includes:
