The U.S. Air Force website where we expect to find
NANU announcements recently changed its URL without
notice (at least to us). As a result, the most
recent IGS Ultra-rapid combinations did not properly
delete AC solutions for PRN32 starting around 20:00
UTC on 2010-03-16 (see NANU 2010046), as would
normally be done. So any IGU orbits for PRN32 from
that time forward should be ignored, which is most
likely the case anyway for such unhealthy satellites.
The new URL was implemented last night and the
problem resolved starting with IGU 1575_3_00.
I apologize for any problems for users.
