Dear Colleagues,

The IGSCB server igscb.jpl.nasa.gov is experiencing possible hardware 
issues. We need to perform much needed maintenance on this system at the 
time and date specified below:

Date: 10 March 2010
Time: 10:00AM PST (1800 UTC)
Window: 3-4 hours.

During this time, HTTP, FTP, Email, and all other services will be 
intermittent.
