NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to PRN01/SVN49 on:

21-Oct-2010 10:41:30 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1606.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    -1.1 mm/sec (radial)
   -94.2 mm/sec (along track)
     0.4 mm/sec (out of plane)
