[IGSMAIL-6219] BRMU new GNSS receiver

Dear Colleagues,
 A new LEICA GRX1200GGPRO receiver has been installed at BRMU. An updated site log has been submitted to the IGSCB. Data flow is not working well due to firewall issues. I'm hoping we will get this resolved today to support meteorological applications given the storm in the Atlantic.
