[IGSMAIL-6181] PRN25/SVN62 repositionings

NOTIFICATION:

We observed two repositioning events with respect to the recently
launched PRN25/SVN62 satellite on:

18-Jun-2010 17:17:44 GPST (mean epoch of event)
19-Jun-2010 23:35:03 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1588.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
   102.0 mm/sec (radial)
 -4724.9 mm/sec (along track)
   -32.7 mm/sec (out of plane)
   114.9 mm/sec (radial)
 -4480.6 mm/sec (along track)
     4.1 mm/sec (out of plane)
