[IGSMAIL-6179] Reminder: CDDIS outage on June 21

This is a reminder that the CDDIS archive will be unavailable 
on June 21 starting at 10:00 EDT (14:00 UTC) for approximately 24 
hours for our transfer to new server systems. When the transition
has been completed, users can access host cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov to
download files from the archive. Groups who submit data and 
product files to CDDIS can update their procedures to use host 
cddisin.gsfc.nasa.gov after 14:00 UTC on June 21. The system will 
accept incoming files but they will not be processed until the 
transition has been completed. Please remember, if you supply 
files to CDDIS and have not contacted me with host IP information 
you WILL NOT be able to deliver ANY DATA OR PRODUCT FILES after 
the transition. Therefore, please send me an email as soon as 
possible to coordinate the exchange of IP information. 

While the CDDIS is unavailable, users can access one of the other
data centers supporting the services:

We will notify the community as soon as the archive system 
cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov is available for download of files. 
Keep your fingers crossed for a smooth transition on Monday
and Tuesday.
