[IGSMAIL-6046]: Update on CDDIS server

We believe that the reason CDDIS went off-line yesterday is
due to problems with a section of our RAID system. At this
time we are trying to restore the archive to a usable state
and hope to have CDDIS back online late today or tomorrow.
I will keep the community posted with further updates. We
regret the problems the outage is causing and are making
every effort to get the system up as soon as possible.
