Happy New Year and best wishes to all!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs05_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs05_1514.atx'. It contains the
following changes:

1) The latest GLONASS-M satellites launched on 25 December 2008 have
been added with preliminary z-offset values of 230.0 cm:

R02 (R728)
R03 (R727)
R08 (R729)

[Update of preliminary z-offset values for several GPS and GLONASS
satellites still pending!]

2) 'Decommission' dates for the following satellites have been added:

R02 (R794): 24 December 2008
R03 (R789): 24 December 2008
R08 (R797): 24 December 2008

The update of the antenna correction model is available at
