Dear colleagues!

A new release of the absolute IGS antenna correction model is available at
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/station/general/igs05_1509.atx
or
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/pub/station/general/igs05.atx

It includes two additional robot calibrations performed by Geo++ and
provided by Leica:

LEIAR25         NONE
LEIAR25         LEIT

The IGS Antenna Working Group encourages all antenna manufacturers to
follow this example and to provide type mean calibrations for all their
models to the IGS.

Besides, a document that contains general information concerning the
various IGS antenna files has been compiled. It is available at
ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/antenna_README.pdf
This document includes detailed information about responsibilities,
update requirements, update procedures, etc.

Additionally, the following changes have also taken place for rcvr_ant.tab:
