NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the PRN32/SVN23
satellite (planned to be set usable on 19 Feb 2008) on:

08-Feb-2008 00:46:13 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1465.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
   43.0 mm/sec (radial)
  904.8 mm/sec (along track)
  -28.0 mm/sec (out of plane)
