On 9 November 2007 (doy 313), the unb32243.07d.Z RINEX 3.00 observation
test file, located at the CDDIS RINEX 3.00 test area, was replaced. The
new version now has the correct observation codes for the GPS L2
pseudorange, carrier-phase and signal-to-noise ratio observables. For
more information about this RINEX 3.00 initiative, please refer to
IGSMAIL-5632.
