Dear Colleagues,

Site NOVM in Novosibirsk, Russia is added to the IGS network. NOVM is at the
Siberian Research Institute for Metrology (SNIIM) and is managed by the
Institute of Metrology for Time and Space (IMVP / VNIIFTRI). It tracks GPS and
GLONASS, and the frequency standard is a hydrogen maser.

Note: there will be more site additions in the coming days. If you are waiting
to see a particular site added, please be patient.

Best regards,
Angie
