NOTIFICATION:

We observed a repositioning event with respect to the PRN29/SVN29
satellite (currently marked unusable) on:

08-Sep-2006 14:58:56 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our IGS
analysis summary for GPS week 1391.

Approximate DV components in orbital frame:
    4.1 mm/sec (radial)
 -132.8 mm/sec (along track)
    8.5 mm/sec (out of plane)
