Dear IGS Colleagues,

Site UNBJ has been added to the IGS network.  Richard Langley already
eloquently explained the relationship to UNB1 and the benefit to the
GLONASS tracking network.  You will start to see UNBJ appear in IGS
lists and maps over the next day or so.
