Dear IGS Colleagues,

I've been informed that KODK has been decommissioned, and I was asked to make 
the announcement.  The monument is still in place, in case future campaign 
studies arise.  You can read more about the people and agencies that were 
involved in the archive of the announcement of the new station, IGSMail 2798.
