GPS Community,

SIO - the entire institute, not just SOPAC - had an unplanned power outage 
this AM from roughly 8:30AM PST to 9:15AM PST.  Normal HTTP and FTP 
services have been restored.  Some data served from ftp://garner.ucsd.edu 
is still offline at this time.  We are working to restore access to all 
data.
