Dear IGS Colleagues,

Station KHAR in Kharkiv, Ukraine has been added to the IGS network today.  KHAR 
is operated by the National Scientific Centre "Institute of Metrology" and its 
H-Maser standard will contribute to the IGS timescale.  Hourly and daily data 
are available.
