[IGSMAIL-5187]: 58 antennas added to absolute antenna calibration file

Dear IGS colleagues!

In order to facilitate the use of the new absolute antenna calibration
file (see IGSMail #5149,
http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igsmail/2005/msg00071.html ), especially
for those who have to deal with regional networks, I added 58 antennas
to the file igs_05.atx that is available at

ftp://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/igscb/station/general/pcv_proposed

Only one of the antennas ("ASH701945E_M    SCIT") is used within the IGS
network at the moment, namely at station ISPA (Easter Island). The other
antennas might be used within regional tracking networks.

Some of the antennas are identical in construction with the Dorne
Margolin T antenna AOAD/M_T (see below!), the calibrations for all other
antennas were converted from relative NGS antenna calibrations
(http://www.ngs.noaa.gov/ANTCAL/). Antennas whose name was not contained
in the file rcvr_ant.tab as well as antennas that are able to track the
L1 frequency only were not included.
