[IGSMAIL-5182]: BKG Data Center Server Replacement

BKG will replace the hardware and software of the Regional Data Center
server today. The file system structure and data success for upload and
download will remain unchanged. Also the alias name (igs.ifag.de) and
IP-number (141.74.254.123) will not change. We expect that users
need not to change any login or upload/download procedures. 

The expected downtime of the server is approximately 30 min. 

We will start the currently still running server in parallel to the
new server as soon as possible after the launch of the new server.
The address of that parallel server will be igs1.ifag.de. Old files
will be available on the new and the old server, whereas new files will
be stored on the new server only.

Please let us now, if you are missing any files on our new server or
if you have any other problems with our new system. You may send
your requests to
