Dear colleague,

UNAVCO is soliciting proposals for two Analysis Centers, which will
analyze raw PBO GPS data to create station position solutions, and an
Analysis Center Coordinator, who will combine the two Analysis Center
products to create the official PBO combined position and velocity
solutions, among other products.

The deadline for proposals for the PBO GPS Analysis Centers and the PBO
GPS Analysis Center Coordinator has been extended to 5 PM MST on 15
November 2004.

An updated document giving answers to commonly-asked questions
regarding these solicitations is available on the PBO web site at
http://pbo.unavco.org/procurement/RFPs/ac_acc_rfp_faq.pdf.

The Plate Boundary Observatory is the geodetic component of EarthScope
and is funded by the National Science Foundation.
