Subject: Parkfield CA earthquake preliminary offsets
Preliminary co-seismic offsets have been calculated for the
09/28/2004 Parkfield CA earthquake, and are listed below.
Summary pages for the event are available from the new
reason.scign.org website at:
http://reason.scign.org/scignDataPortal/parkfieldEq09282004.jsp
and from the SOPAC website at:
http://sopac.ucsd.edu/other/news/parkfieldEq09282004.html
These summary pages include links to Parkfield high-rate GPS site
data (1-second sampling rate) at SOPAC and NCEDC, epoch-by-epoch
solutions, and additional resources. A horizontal co-seismic
displacement vector map will also be available shortly.
Questions regarding high-rate data processing may be directed to
Jeff Genrich (jeff at gpsmail.ucsd.edu). Questions regarding web
resources may be directed to Paul Jamason
(pjamason at gpsmail.ucsd.edu).

Notes:
Pre-quake solution data: 00:00 - 17:00 GMT
Post-quake solution data: 18:00 - 24:00 GMT
The north/east/up constraints for USLO are 1/1/4 mm, while all
others are 5/5/10 cm. GPS orbits are tightly constrained to IGS
ultra rapid.
