After several more delays, the launch of the Block IIR-12 GPS
satellite has been rescheduled for Saturday, 19 June at 23:10
UTC.  According to the NGA (formerly NIMA) website, it will be
designated SVN60/PRN23.  It will be placed in Plane F, Slot 4
to replace the 11.5-year-old PRN01/SVN32, which will be shifted
