Dear IGS Community,

due to some problems during clock file exchange at NRL, the igr-clock
product
from 1264-4 to 1265-3 was not aligned to the IGS time scale.
the files (cls,clk,sp3) are now exchanged in the archive of the ACC at
gfz.

the precise point positioning results will not be affected by this update,
because the clock differences between all satellites and stations within
one epoch will be identical with the previous clock product.
