I have to apologize to you concerning GMSD site log.
I found any mistake part in section 2 of GMSD site log

Section 2.
Correct approx. position is as follows;

Before:
     Approximate Position (ITRF)
       X coordinate (m)       : -3607663.8921
       Y coordinate (m)       :  4147866.8031
       Z coordinate (m)       :  3223716.3187
       Latitude (N is +)      :  +303323.21
       Longitude (E is +)     :  -1310056.02
       Elevation (m,ellips.)  :  140.378

After:
     Approximate Position (ITRF)
       X coordinate (m)       : -3607663.8921
       Y coordinate (m)       :  4147866.8031
       Z coordinate (m)       :  3223716.3187
       Latitude (N is +)      :  +303323.21
       Longitude (E is +)     :  1310056.02

I have already revised site log and sent it to CB.
