IGS Workshop and Symposium 2004: Contributions to the Proceedings

Dear colleagues,

first of all we would like to thank all the participants of last week's 
IGS workshop and symposium for helping us to make this a memorable event 
in the history of the International GPS Service.

All those of you who contributed with a paper or a poster have of course 
some more work to do. Please check the workshop web site at 
http://www.igsws2004.unibe.ch for instructions for the contributions to 
the proceedings. As we intend to publish the proceedings very quickly we 
ask you to observe the strict deadlines for the submission of your 
contributions (April 16, 2004).
