Subject : Station failure at HARB (south Africa)

Data submission from HARB station in South Africa has been stopped on monday 26 january. Before that day, data quality was poor with several loss and clock adjustments.
Now, the receiver cannot lock on SV's and we have decided to ship the equipments back to Toulouse to have them repaired.
I will inform you as soon as the problem will be fixed.
