Follow-up to IGSMAIL 4705:

Data flow from WILL has been re-established effective 2004-01-08.
The failure of the site was traced to the cable. However please note
both the receiver and the antenna cable have been replaced.=20
The RF screen was damaged slightly during the course of the cable=20
replacement. Users should therefore solve for a step effective
2004-01-08.

The new antenna cable is 130m and is a temporary installation until
such time as we can extract the old (100m) cable from the buried =
conduit
which is currently frozen.

An updated log has been submitted to the CB and is also available from:

ftp://wcda.pgc.nrcan.gc.ca/pub/siteinfo

The following sections were updated:
3.4, 3.5, 4.4, 4.5, 10.1
