Dear colleagues,

may I remind you of the various deadlines for IGS-2004:

      * Registration:               Friday,  January 16, 2004
      * Abstract:                   Friday,  January 16, 2004
      * Hotel Reservation:          Tuesday, January 20, 2004
      * Position Paper Submission:  Monday,  February 2, 2004

As the Local Organizing Committee has no influence on the Hotel
Reservation deadline we urgently ask you to make your room reservations
at "Bern Tourismus" during the next few days if you want to take profit
from the reduced room rates and the guaranteed availability of the rooms
(see http://www.igsws2004.unibe.ch/lodging.html).

We also ask you to keep the deadlines for the registration and the
abstract submission. We need the registration information in time for
the proper planning of the conference.
