According to Spaceflight Now, the launch of GPS IIR-10 is now set
for Sunday, 21 Jan. at 07:50 UTC (after slipping one more day).
It is expected to be placed into the E2 slot as SVN47 and will
probably replace IIA-10 (SVN23/PRN23), which is infamous for its
problematic y-bias and orbit modeling. The new satellite should
be set operational in early January.
