Advisory:  RESO data missing from DOY 269 to 273

For unknown reasons, the RESO receiver stopped tracking at 18:05:30 
UT on 2003-09-26 (DOY 269). After resetting the receiver a couple of 
times, it began tracking again today (DOY 273) at 12:47:00 UT. We 
apologize for any inconvenience.
