Advisory:  RESO data gaps starting DOY 256

Due to scheduled power line maintenance work, there is a 2-3 hour 
data gap in each of the daily data files for RESO starting DOY 256 
(2003-09-13). We expect the last outage today or tomorrow. We 
apologize for any inconvenience.
