The workshop aims to bring together researchers working in the fields of =
the=20
URSI Commissions "F" (Wave Propagation and Remote Sensing) and "G"=20
(Ionospheric Radio and Propagation) in order to exchange knowledge and =
ideas=20
relating to the use of satellite navigation systems for atmospheric and=20
ionospheric remote sensing. It is also intended to cover new remote =
sensing=20
techniques derived from related concepts. Contributions are particularly =

welcome from research topics simultaneously covering aspects of both the =

neutral and ionised atmosphere.
