I have turned off the production of the IGS Rapid timescale because all
station clocks were dropped from the Rapid combination on 1227-4.  The
problem was related to some testing being performed in the IGS combination.
Though the combination was evidently rerun according to an email message
from Gerd Gendt, I have been unable to locate the new updated clock RINEX
and summary files.  Since I will be out of town most of the week 21 July -
25 July, it is unlikely that I will turn the production back on until the
following week.

My apologies for any inconvenience to users.
