Data are now available from ASPA, a new IGS station in the south
central Pacific.  The site is located at the American Samoa Power
Authority (ASPA) near Pago Pago, Territory of American Samoa, at
latitude -14d 19m 33.95s and longitude -170d 43m 20.75s.  This is
near the boundary between the Pacific and northwest corner of the
Australian Plates.

Daily and hourly datasets are available at the CDDIS Global Data Center
since the installation (12 Aug 2001) and can also be found at the SOPAC
Global Data Center.

Antenna phase center variations (PCVs) have not yet been measured for this
particular antenna+radome combination.  However, those measurements are
planned for August and the results will be posted at the NGS calibration
website www.ngs.noaa.gov/ANTCAL/ when available.
