Dear Colleagues,

The RINEX header of TNML has been changed from DOY 192, 2003.
Because of my inadvertence, the antenna height in old RINEX days
are wrong. The wrong antenna height is 0.0000 before DOY 191.
The correct antenna height is 1.5770 after DOY 192, but the value
in site log (tnml_20020725.log) is correct.
