Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that the data flow from Quincy (QUIN) will be temporarily
interrupted while we are upgrading the Internet connection and installing
new GPS equipment. We expect to be back on-line by Wednesday (07/09/03), and
available backlogged data and new data will be made public as soon as the
new equipment operation has been verified.
