Dear colleagues,

due to a problem with an old version of our RINEX converter, regular
losses-of-lock to satellites were present in OBET RINEX files. Data =
since 1
May 03 (DOY160) were re-processed with a new version of RINEX converter
which is now in operational use and re-submitted to our Data Center =
(BKG).
