P.S.  My understanding is that the IIR-10 will be equipped with "modernized
antenna panel and increased power", and it is expected to be designated

Subject:      New Launch Date for GPS IIR-10

The launch of GPS IIR-10 has been postponed until 17 October 2003. Launch of
GPS IIR-11 scheduled for 19 December 2003. The first IIR-M satellite will be
IIR-M-14 and is scheduled for FY04. The first IIF satellite is now scheduled
for launch in FY06.
