Further to IGSMAIL-4405, we have replaced the receiver at RESO yet 
again. This time it looks like our problems are finally resolved. 
We're now getting 97% of the expected data (as opposed to 50% with 
the previous receiver). A new site log has been submitted to the IGS.

Unfortunately, our on-site support installed the new receiver before 
we had a chance to download the data for DOY 160 from the old 
receiver. We will post this to CDDIS as soon as the receiver arrives 
back in the office later this week.
