Dear Colleagues,

We regret to inform you of a communication outage at NSSP. Due to equipment
failure the communication with the receiver is down. We are not sure at this
point if the data can be recovered. We are in the process of shipping
equipment for a station upgrade that will hopefully solve this problem and
restore operations and improve reliability for this station.

Our apologies again for the inconvenience this may cause and we will let you
know when the NSSP station is back operational.
