Dear Colleagues,

We would like to inform you of a problem with the GPS receiver at Kunming
(KUNM) resulting in a loss of data for doy 141-145, 2003. We apologize for
any inconvenience from this data loss. We would also like to acknowledge the
assistance from Yunnan Observatory, Kunming in restoring operations.
