Dear colleagues, 
 
First IGS tracking data with respect to the new PRN 21 is already  
available, namely from the end of D095 (23:49:00 UT). Corresponding  
GPS broadcast messages are not yet available. 
 
This PRN may be expected in all CODE products from D096 (including  
today's rapid submission).
