Advisory:  HOLM data lost for DOY 077-078, 2003

Due to a continuing problem with the receiver firmware at HOLM, data 
was lost for the entire DOY 077 (Mar 18) and until 18:18 UT for DOY 
078 (Mar 19). Although the receiver is now operating normally again, 
a replacement receiver with new firmware has been shipped to the 
site. We hope to have it installed in the near future. We apologize 
for any inconvenience.
