All,

I wish to point out that NASA's Earth Science Enterprise has
announced a research opportunity which includes the opportunity to
address reference frame and solid Earth Science issues related to
sealevel change. The Interdisciplinary Science Solicitation
NRA-03-OES-03 can be found at
http://research.hq.nasa.gov/code_y/open.cfm. The theme question
within the announcement is "How is global sealevel affected by
climate change?" Notices of Intent are due March 14th and proposals
are due May 1st. This opportunity is in response to the research
challenges set forth by the Solid Earth Science Working Group report
which may be found at http://solidearth.jpl.nasa.gov.

Please post this information on the UNAVCO, IGS, ILRS, and IVS
electronic newsletters in order to alert the geodetic community to
this important opportunity.

Thanks very much,

John
