LIFTOFF! Liftoff of the Boeing Delta 2 rocket
launching spacecraft to replenish the U.S. military
Global Positioning System while saluting the heroes
of September 11. And the rocket has cleared the
tower!

The spacecraft is scheduled to separate from the launcher 68 minutes
5 seconds after launch, being placed into a transfer orbit.

Information as of yesterday is that the PRN assignment is not decided.
